AstroAPI Terms of Service
AstroAPI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offering astrology-related data calculations and programmatic access through documented API endpoints. By accessing or using AstroAPI, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Use of Service
You agree to use AstroAPI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt system performance, interfere with normal operation, or attempt to bypass usage limits or billing controls.
Accounts and API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. All activity conducted under your credentials is your responsibility. You may not share, resell, or publicly expose your API keys.
Usage Limits and Billing
API access is subject to plan-based usage limits. Requests exceeding the allowed monthly quota may be rejected. Paid subscriptions are managed exclusively through Stripe and may be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time via Stripe.
Service Availability
AstroAPI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis and is hosted on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). While reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, uninterrupted service or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
AstroAPI is provided for informational and technical purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroAPI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
