AstroAPI currently provides email support for account, integration, security, privacy, legal, and billing questions. Phone and live-chat support are not offered.

Include the affected endpoint and a request timestamp when reporting an API problem. Do not email passwords, API keys, session cookies, payment card details, or another person's birth data.

Security and privacy

Use the subject “Security report” for suspected vulnerabilities or exposed credentials and “Privacy request” for access, correction, or deletion requests. Response times are not guaranteed unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.

Legal notices and operator details

Legal notices may be sent to the email address above. AstroAPI's formal legal operator name and postal-notice address have not yet been approved for public release and must be added before paid subscriptions are enabled.
