AstroAPI exposes one geocentric calculation engine with two longitude frames. Tropical is the default; sidereal is an explicit opt-in. The nakshatra timeline and beta horoscope are separate products built on those calculations, not additional zodiacs.

• 🌍 Western / Tropical Astrology

  Default astrology system used by AstroAPI. Tropical zodiac, geocentric calculations, Western and Hellenistic conventions. No opt-in required.

• ⭐ Sidereal Astrology (Opt-In)

  Optional sidereal coordinate system using ayanamsa offsets. Includes Moon nakshatras. Not full Vedic astrology.

• 🕰️ Nakshatra Timeline (Pro)

  Sidereal-only nakshatra and pada transition timelines for supported bodies. Geometry-only output. Pro plan required; each accepted request uses one unit.

• 🧠 Interpretation Astrology

  Beta structured transit signals derived from internally calculated charts. No generated prose and no language model.

Public calculations support dates from 1900-01-01 through 2050-12-31. Sidereal mode supports lahiri, raman, and krishnamurti; omitted sidereal ayanamsa defaults to lahiri.
